🎉 Booster Club Preseason Parent Meeting

The Booster Club will be holding a parent meeting in July to discuss:
Fundraising goals
Booster Club initiatives
Volunteer opportunities
Season communication from the Booster Club
Other non-soccer program logistics

AUGUST
👨👩👦 Coach & Program Parent Meeting - First Day of Tryouts
Date: Monday, August 17th - Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm (arrive by 5:45pm) - Mahtomedi Stadium Stands
On the first day of tryouts, Coach Adolfo will be holding a parent meeting to discuss the upcoming season and the direction of the Mahtomedi Boys Soccer program.
Topics will include:
Program expectations and standards
Season schedule and communication
Important dates throughout the season
Questions from parents
Coach Adolfo strongly encourages every family to have at least one parent or guardian in attendance. This meeting is an important opportunity to ensure everyone starts the season on the same page and understands the expectations and vision for all levels of our program.

Each family is expected to bring something to share:
Each grade is responsible for an item. Make sure you have serving utensils if required.
We will have power available if you need to plug in anything.
Seniors – sides
Juniors – main dishes
Sophomores – treats
Freshman & younger – main dishes
Beverages, paper products and silverware will be provided by the Booster Club
Coaches and Booster Club will be present to share important information for parents during this event.
The Booster Club will be collecting final payments for Sponsors and Buyouts. Make sure you bring your checkbooks if needed.

Parade Details:
Start Time: 4:30
Start Location: Green Lot
Floats and participants can start arriving at 3:15 pm
Floats and participants must be in the staging area by 4:00 pm
All players are encouraged to participate
Varsity will be on the truck/trailer with JV/B/C walking close behind
The booster club will not be providing candy.
Players wishing to hand out candy at the parade will need to bring their own
Varsity boys will decide on attire (jersey, tank-tops, etc.)
Mahtomedi Boys Soccer will not be hosting a tailgating booth
